In these terms and conditions, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bucks Weekends. “You” refers to the event organizer who has requested a quote and agreed to our terms and conditions. By signing the booking form or ticking the agreement box on the quote request, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of all members of your group. If the booking is made on behalf of a company, “you” refers to that company.
When you make a booking with Bucks Weekends, either over the phone or online, we will provide you with all necessary information about our terms and conditions. These will be included in our quote and booking confirmation sent via email. As the group leader, you are responsible for collecting all payments from your group members and ensuring they are aware of and abide by all terms and conditions. All group members must be at least 18 years old.
It is your responsibility to review your itinerary carefully to ensure that all elements of the package are correct. Any discrepancies must be reported to us within 48 hours of booking. Errors reported after this period may not be rectifiable.
All quotes provided by Bucks Weekends are valid for 7 days only. Prices and packages are subject to change based on availability and group size.
We strongly recommend that all groups take out appropriate travel insurance to cover personal accidents, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and participation in potentially hazardous activities.
A deposit is required to secure your booking. Requests to add additional group members must be made in writing by the Group Leader within 21 days of booking. The final balance for your package must be settled 21 days before the event commencement date. Your booking will close three weeks before the event date, after which no further changes can be made.
Payments must be made online through our payment gateway. We cannot accept individual payments from each group member. A €10 admin fee will be charged for any payments made over the phone. Certain activities may require full payment at the time of booking, which will be non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made in writing by the Group Leader. The following charges apply:
Bucks Weekends has a minimum group size of six people. If the group size falls below this, full payment for six people will be required.
Accommodation is booked based on the group size and availability. Room types typically include triple and twin rooms, but requests for specific room types must be made at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee room allocation changes after the booking is confirmed.
Your detailed itinerary will be sent via email upon receipt of full payment. This itinerary includes all details of your event, including times, dates, and maps.
Please note that Bucks Weekends cannot accept responsibility if you are denied entry to any venues; entry is at the venue’s discretion. We reserve the right to modify your package if necessary, and you will be informed of any changes.
We strive to accommodate changes to your booking where possible. Any changes must be requested as early as possible, and a €55 fee will apply for alterations, including changes to dates, times, events, or locations.
Room allocation is managed by the accommodation provider based on group size and availability. We cannot be held responsible for how rooms are allocated, especially if your group size changes after booking.
We expect all groups to behave responsibly during their stay and activities. Suppliers have the right to terminate your event without notice if they deem your behavior inappropriate. Bucks Weekends accepts no liability for accidents or incidents that occur while group members are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The group leader is responsible for the conduct of all group members. Misconduct that threatens safety or disrupts others may result in cancellation of your booking without refund. A behavior bond may be required at check-in, which will be refunded upon checkout, provided no damages or complaints are made.
We reserve the right to modify or cancel any part of your event if your safety is at risk due to adverse conditions. In such cases, we will attempt to reschedule your event. Refunds for cancellations due to extraordinary circumstances (e.g., natural disasters) will be issued in line with legal requirements.
Bucks Weekends accepts no responsibility for injuries or losses incurred during events, particularly those involving high-risk activities. By booking through us, you acknowledge that certain activities carry inherent risks.
Complaints must be submitted in writing by the Group Leader. We encourage you to raise any issues with the supplier during the event. If unresolved, contact us, and we will do our best to address the problem. Please include photos where applicable. Aggressive or abusive complaints will not be addressed.
